How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what sets them, and what to expect from the visit.
What decides the price
Four things set the price: how long the treatment is, what kind it is, any add-on, and whether you come alone or with someone.
The length of the treatment
Massage, facial, body, or hands and feet
Add-ons such as the sauna or warm stones
One table, or two side by side
What the consultation covers
Every visit begins with a few minutes about pressure, areas to avoid and anything you want us to know that day. For a facial, Ayde looks at your skin first. The talk is part of your appointment time.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask for an add-on when you book, or tell your therapist on the day. We agree on it before we start, and the time is added to your visit when the schedule allows.
Deposits
A single treatment or a visit for two doesn't need a deposit. For a group of four or more, the booking page asks for one and shows it before you confirm.
Tell us 24 hours ahead and we will move or cancel your visit without trouble. With shorter notice, the policies page explains what happens. If you arrive late, we shorten the treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one for whoever looked after you, at the desk or on your card.
A gift card works for any treatment and any length. Buy one online or at the front desk, for a birthday or for Mother's Day; whoever receives it books like any guest.
