Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Obdulia, Ayde and Anai speak Spanish and English, and so does everyone who answers WhatsApp. Write or call in the language you like.
What should I wear?
Come in comfortable clothes. We give you a robe, slippers and a locker key. During a massage a sheet covers you, and you undress only as far as you like.
Can I come with family or a friend?
Yes. Two tables fit side by side in one room, so two of you can have a treatment at the same time. For a group of three or more, message us and we will match the schedules. Treatments are for guests 16 and older.
Do you take walk-ins?
Most visits are booked ahead. If a table is open, we will fit you in; message us on WhatsApp or call first.
Where do I park?
Behind the building, or on West Lewis Street. The entrance is at street level.
What does the sauna involve?
A small wooden room for one or two guests, for guests 18 and older. Wear a towel or a swimsuit. The policies page says who should ask a doctor first.
Can I have a massage while pregnant?
Prenatal massage is side-lying with pillows for support. Please check with your doctor before you book.
Can I change a booking?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation, message us on WhatsApp or call during opening hours, at least 24 hours before your time.
How do gift cards work?
A gift card works for any treatment and any length. Buy one online or at the front desk.
