Your first visit

What happens from the moment you book to the moment you leave.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Choose a time online, or message Anai on WhatsApp or call. Tell us if it is your first visit, who is coming with you and anything we should plan around, such as an injury or a pregnancy.

  2. 02

    Step 2: When you arrive

Come ten minutes early. Park behind the building or on West Lewis Street, and check in at the front desk. We give you a robe, slippers and a locker key; come in comfortable clothes.

  3. 03

    Step 3: What to expect

Your therapist talks with you about pressure and any areas to leave alone, then steps out while you settle under the sheet. You are covered except the part being worked on, and you can ask us to change anything or stop at any time.

Questions

Before you come

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Obdulia, Ayde and Anai speak Spanish and English, and so does everyone who answers WhatsApp. Write or call in the language you like.

What should I wear?

Come in comfortable clothes. We give you a robe, slippers and a locker key. During a massage a sheet covers you, and you undress only as far as you like.

Can I come with family or a friend?

Yes. Two tables fit side by side in one room, so two of you can have a treatment at the same time. For a group of three or more, message us and we will match the schedules. Treatments are for guests 16 and older.

Do you take walk-ins?

Most visits are booked ahead. If a table is open, we will fit you in; message us on WhatsApp or call first.

Where do I park?

Behind the building, or on West Lewis Street. The entrance is at street level.
